chore: update bun.lock and pnpm-lock.yaml, add new mcp app and dependencies

- Removed deprecated design-system-mcp app from bun.lock.
- Added new mcp app with updated version and dependencies in bun.lock.
- Updated Storybook version in bun.lock and added new addon dependencies.
- Cleaned up pnpm-lock.yaml by removing unused @tanstack/react-table entry.
