AsyncGenerator::append_to_queue is called on completed AsyncGenerators

This enters unreachable code at `nova_vm/src/ecmascript/builtins/control_abstraction_objects/async_generator_objects.rs:156:47:`.

This should not be happening; we likely have a bug in our implementation, or possibly this is related to a spec bug around AsyncGenerators.
