Function renamed? deprecated? libgtk-win32-2.0-0.dll

I am trying to run a program now, and it fails the launch because there DLL libgtk-win32-2.0-0.dll has not required gtk_file_selection_get_selections

DLL inspection confirms this, but find another function with a similar name. And a number of others.

The google says nothing about potential renames. The documentation sites seem to quote original name, not changed name.

If this rename an error? If it is, can it be fixed? If it is not, can documentation about this rename be pointed at?
