hey @seveibar do you also want me to group the prs as per their repo for a more neat look, also I have done this

**i didnt have the openai api key so i just created a demo script to show how the changes i have implemented. essentially this is just picking up first 5 prs from the latest changelog and applies fix post-processes AI output to guarantee all #123 references become clickable markdown links. **

please let me know if this is good whenever you get a chance, and also if youd like me to group the prs together like this
