Better management of time consumming demonstrations

For time consuming démonstrations (for instance: panorama (image stitching), cascade detector):
- There should be a progressbar display
- Each time the user add an image in the image selector, no computing should be done unless the user click on "refresh" (contrary to fast demo, for which the computing should be updated automatically)
- => There should be a flag to specify that the demo is slow.
