Supporting the Development of StaticCompiler.jl

I guess in light of juliac the interest in this project, unfortunately, reduced in some ways.
Yet I think for the short term (1-2 years, maybe more) this can be a viable and working alternative.
For the longer term, It might be that the solution will be not juliac but an LLVM based translation of code.
Hence I strongly believe in this solution.

I assume the problem working on this is about resource allocations.
I was wondering, how much, given a budget, this project can be pushed forward.

• A budget of 5,000$.
• A budget of 10,000$.
• A budget of 20,000$.

What would you aim for given each budget?

I would imagine pretty far with any of those in principle, but would require someone who was familiar with the project and available for contract work (which I'm not sure if any of the current developers are?)
