Shared accounts are a bit tricky right now, Ring is changing a bunch of APIs and how they handle persmissions across shared locations. You can try dev branch and see if it changes behavior as it has some hacks that attempt to address the changes but, quite honestly, it's a bit of a work in progress as I don't have time to dig into updating ring-client-api with all the new endpoints right now. |

I have logged into the correct account (its Shared, so I don't have ownership over the location/camera but have access to them) and I've specified the location (there is only one) but it still shows what the title is
