Releasing v1.0

I think it's time to start planning our v1.0 release and a basic roadmap of how to get there.

I would like to get the discussion started on how we can improve this library. Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

Hi, when new version will be released? Current NPM version has a bug, which is fixed in current master.
