0.12.4 breaks lnav running in TMUX

Describe the bug
running Tmux 3.5A, lnav v0.12.3 works fine, but recently brew upgrade lnav to 0.12.4, all of sudden, it no longer works in my tmux. Here is the absurd error message (as you can see, my TERM value is already to suggested value):

✘ error: unable to open TUI
 reason: unable to initialize notcurses Unknown error: 316
 = help: The TERM value of “xterm-256color” is not known.  Check for your terminal in https://github.com/dankamongmen/notcurses/blob/master/TERMINALS.md or use “xterm-256color”

To Reproduce
Works without tmux, no startup under tmux.

Interestingly, if I run a neovim in tmux, and open a neovim terminal, then lnav works again inside the neovim terminal.

Interesting, #1389 is also because of TMUX but I get a display bug not an outright won't open.

The notcurses code sends some initial escape sequences to interrogate the terminal and the timeout mentioned above happens if a response to those is never received.

ITerm2 with tmux integration

I have tried it with st,alacritty and xfce4-terminal. Without tmux, lnav works fine. With my tmux config, I get the mentioned error.
Also, like mentioned above, running lnav inside a terminal inside vim running under tmux works fine, as convoluted as that sounds like.

I can replicate the issue. It looks like lnav/notcurses is not handling the tmux response to the DA1 device attributes query. A quick hack got it working, but it's not totally correct. I need to fiddle with it more.

Pushed a change that works for me. There will be a build attached to the following workflow when it finishes if you want to give it a try:

Note that I am in the middle of removing readline from the top-of-tree, so there will be some bugs around that. But would be good to get a confirmation that the change fixes some of these tmux issues. Thanks.
