Out-Of-Time-Order Message does not wrap when word wrap is enabled

Describe the bug
With :enable-word-wrap (ctrl-w) enabled, today I had a site issue that resulted in two logs being out of order. I noticed that the Out-Of-Time-Order Message line just below the log item did not wrap. But since word word wrap was enabled, I couldn't scroll horizontally to see the rest of the message.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior: There might be other instances of similar things? At any rate, invoke a "Out-Of-Time-Order Message" issue and see if it wraps!
