ACES: Atmospheric Corrections example application

This example demonstrates how to model atmospheric light-time corrections using the new high-fidelity VMF3 and IONEX models, including an automatic data-retrieving function. The outputs are:

1. The ISS Ground Track: Visual check of orbital pass over the ground station during the valid ephemeris interval.
2. Delay Corrections Plot: Simulated light-time corrections using multiple atmospheric models (e.g., VMF3, Saastamoinen, IONEX, Jakowski), showing elevation dependence and model differences.
3. TEC Map Comparison: Global VTEC distribution from IONEX vs. Jakowski model, highlighting where empirical models deviate from data-driven maps.
