Change Spacetrack API calls in Tudatpy-Examples (as a consequence of Tudatpy Issue #529)

The SpaceTrack Library will undergo some refactoring in order to improve API calls, see Tudatpy Issue #529. This, in turn, will affect the following example:

- kosmos 482 reentry.

Can't be closed until tudat-team/tudatpy#533 and #130 are merged...I could not find the time to implement those API handling changes yet.
