splitting of estimation folder in estimation/BASIC_EXAMPLES and estimation/ADVANCED_EXAMPLES

Actually, I am working on the splitting of all sections (for now: propagation, estimation, later: mission design, pygmo).
I am also adding some links to relevant documentation after the "Objectives" paragraph of each jupyter notebook.
Once this is finalized, a pull request will be made
