Right now there is no easy way to specify where flexfringe should write the output files, and it just puts them next to the input files by default.
Also, there is no way to specify where the log file should be written, which can be an issue when using flexfringe as part of other automated tools (this can cause permission issues if it tries to write the log file somewhere it shouldn't)
