refactor(landing): replace progress milestones with tech principles and simplify UI

- Remove AnimatedProgress component and development milestones section
- Add techPrinciples array with security, performance, developer, and global focus
- Remove decorative hover effects and gradient overlays for cleaner design
- Replace HTML entities with standard apostrophes in text content
- Update meta titles to use "and" instead of "&" for consistency
- Remove scroll indicator animation and grid pattern backgrounds
