Make comment vs worknote choice per submission

It would be nice to have the option for worknote/comment/both just set a pair of checkboxes in the submit screen. That way you could for example just submit as work notes by default but opt-in specific submits to be a comment or vice versa.

Keep same global settings and use those to choose defaults state of both checkboxes.

So I guess you mean a radio button instead of a checkbox, so that when we click one the other is deselected and vice versa.

Well my thought was checkbox as you may want to always have a worknote but sometimes have a comment. If your scrolling through worknotes some just being blank may being confusing.

Current settings has post both worknote and comments so three options in dropdown would make sense as two checkboxes. Yes three options dropdown don't currently have a post nothing but I kinda consider that same as blank textbox.
