Move project out of tulsawebdevs

As part of transitioning this project to other maintainers, I think it should move to a new Github organization. Some ideas, my preferred choice first:

• https://github.com/multigtfs/multigtfs - Match the name of the Python import, maybe making it easier to find the source code. Makes it clear that people from multiple orgs can collaborate.
• https://github.com/django-multi-gtfs/django-multi-gtfs - Match the current name
• https://github.com/bileto/multigtfs (@jspetrak's org) - Make it clear who the primary maintainer is

I would go for bileto/django-multi-gtfs unless there is demand to separate our company from this open source project. In the later case we would opt for the second option: django-multi-gtfs/django-multi-gtfs.
