Document Polls API

The following Polls features need documentation:

• Content type poll in NPF
• Polls methods (/polls/{blog}/{post}/{poll-id})
  • GET /results
  • POST

A use case of the Polls API would be to automate sexyman tournaments, my new favorite tumblr tradition.

Hello @MathyFurret -- thanks for calling this out, we did see it, I just forgot to leave a note here.

We'll be updating the NPF docs with poll info for sure, but we're unlikely to add API docs for the Poll endpoints, as they're still in flux and being developed.
