Conflicts with Vertical Toolbar 1.0.17

I've been using Vertical Toolbar for a long time. After installing Toolbar Position Changer 0.2.11 on Firefox 52.7.4 ESR, Vertical Toolbar doesn't function properly. The toolbar that should be vertical is horizontal at the top of the content pane, and each of the buttons in that toolbar are the full width of the toolbar. Also, the Options window for Vertical Toolbar doesn't save changes and doesn't close when I click Done.

I tried dragging Vertical Toolbar's toolbar to the left and right edges of the screen, but I get a no symbol (slashed circle), and the toolbar won't dock anywhere except at one of the toolbar positions at the top or bottom of the window.

If I disable Toolbar Position Changer, Vertical Toolbar works correctly.

If anyone is interested in fixing this, add an exclusion entry for the toolbar that is added by Vertical Toolbar add-on. I've done this before for Tree Style Tab add-on.

Toolbar Position Changer is no longer supported by Firefox since WebExtensions. I've created an experiment for it here:
