Now our Readme.md has format like: $folder/README.md which might not be best display

An enhancement could be using AWS service name for the title of hyperlink

It could be easily change by updating this line: https://github.com/tungbq/AWS-LearningResource/blob/main/.github/workflows/generate-content.yml#L62
