FE - Consistent form UIs

The form in newJobApplication has completely different styling compared to the newContact and newCompany forms. For consistency's sake the form in newJobApplication should be updated to match the other two.

• Update newJobApplication form
• Update TipTap components editor tailwind to match update -> line 39 in TipTap.tsx (will update in all forms)
