Send emails using API

Hi folks,

I have a business account with Tuta and would like to automate sending email confirmations to customers when appropriate. It would be great if I could use an API (from my Golang backend) to send these messages. But an alternate approach could work too if there is a way to do this.

I wasn't able to find instructions or docs on API endpoints or authentication.
Please point me to the right direction or documentation.

Hi,
we are not built for automated emails and it's not intended to send automated emails from our servers.
We recommend that you set up another service for sending automated messages and allow it to send emails from your custom domain that is shared with tuta.
