Add Table of Content (TOC) support

Hello tuxu, thank you so much for your awesome work on nbviewer! It's a real time saver for me.

Is there any plan for adding Table of Content (TOC) support into nbviewer? Like Table of Content (2). It would be a really nice feature, since many notebooks are kind of long, and a TOC would be super convenient for navigating through notebooks.

Thanks for your input! Great to hear that you like the app! Until now I didn't have plans for TOC support, but it definitely seems like a useful feature. I would probably prefer to have it integrated into the app instead of the HTML rendering of the notebook. More like the table of contents you know from PDF viewers such as Skim.
