tuya api server ip

hello guys
i am from iraq,we have issue for addng new devices in tuya or smart life in my country from specific ISP .
for example when try to add BEOK thermostate ,device found but can not to add and get error.
but when i use VPN or other ISP the problem solve and device add successfully.
now i need to know the tuya api server IP ,to ask ISP support for unblock IP .
