Not recognizing Light entity of Light/Fan Combo - TREATLIFE Smart Ceiling Fan Control and Dimmer Light Switch

Describe the bug

Tuya integration not finding Light entity of combo Light/Fan device. Properly identified in the Tuya App as a combo device. I have exact same device where both LIght and Fan entities are identified. I included HA Screenshots for both and the Diagnostics files for both.

Expected behavior

Expect the Light entity to be found and identified in HA associated with the combo device, as in same device type.
