symlink to /home/raman/sourceforge/internet-radio-streams

Hi, I just tried updating the Fedora package to 60.0 and noticed this packaging issue warning.
There seems to be a symlink into: /home/raman/ generated (ie hardcoded) somehow:

RPM build warnings:
    absolute symlink: /usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/emacspeak/media/radio/streams -> /home/raman/sourceforge/internet-radio-streams

I tried grepping a bit but I couldn't find the culprit easily: let me know if you need any more info.
