App name to the title bar

Is there a way to add the app name (or some other text) to the window title bar ?

This should have been removed for simplicity at that time, because the performance of my Mac computer is different. May I ask if a normal Windows application generally must have this?

Well, Windows apps generally have some kind of title (either app name or other info):

So apps without title don't really blend in that well.
