To update those packages, update the Dockerfile versions of libsoup, libjavascriptcoregtk, and libwebkit2gtk.

Here is the update line:

RUN --mount=type=cache,target=/var/cache/apt \
    --mount=type=cache,target=/usr/local/cargo/registry \
    apt-get update && apt-get install -y --no-install-recommends \
    libdbus-1-dev libsoup-3.0-dev libjavascriptcoregtk-4.1-dev \
    libwebkit2gtk-4.1-dev build-essential curl wget libssl-dev \
    libgtk-3-dev libayatana-appindicator3-dev librsvg2-dev \
    gnome-video-effects
