Homogenize tweaks

Tweaks suffer from a variety of shortcomings:
* it is unclear when we branch on a choice or apply all modifications
* there are missing tweaks (for instance for various positions of redeemers)
* their names is inconsistent (between tampering a datum and a redeemer for instance)
This should be fixed and improved.
