Owner of a Notes and People records

I have defined a role and want them to see only their own NOTES , but I have noticed NOTES have no OWNER field.
Therefore you cannot display your own notes only for example.
It seams that People records also do not have Owners...

Second when you connect with the scoped profile with the Role, if you decide to deactivate notes completely , the user can still go in Notes and get an error. My understanding is he shouldn t see the ad note, since he cannot.
