Current behavior

1. Record Text identifier is not clickable when there is only one available field
2. Can't add a "full name" field as record identifier

Desired Behavior

Support "full name" as record text identifier

Implement this design when only one field is available as text identifier. (Keep the field clickable, do not disable it)
