This bug is not only present in dashboards, it is present everywhere with a group by with a date granularity: dashboards and calendar view. It is due to an error with the timezones on the group by with date granularities. Depending on the timezone of the user and the date granularity chosen, the data can drift from -1 date granularity. By choosing day, the data is displayed in day -1, week -> week -1, month -> month -1 which seems to be the case here.
