Improve Add node discovery

Desired Behavior

1. Pin the add node CTA
2. Unpin Add to favorites

Hi! I'd like to work on this issue. I'll implement the changes to:

1. Pin the 'Add node' CTA so it's always visible and accessible
2. Unpin 'Add to favorites' from the current fixed position
