Hotmail邮件通知配置问题

之前配置的通知发现不能用了，使用邮箱主密码配置后发送测试邮件报错如下：

使用应用密码配置后也不行，报错：

邮箱已经设置IMAP

是不是验证方法不对，这个是官方的文档

outlook smtp 不支持账号密码了，换个别的邮箱发吧
