OpenApi spec is missing for endpoint

Issue Summary

There's a tag for the endpoint . But the openAPI spec is missing for this endpoint MessagingV1RequestManagedCert

Correct me if i'm wrong , It seems like the OpenAPi spec should be auto-generated. Am i missing anything ?
