Twint only retrieves a few tweets.

I'm running Twint with docker due to installation issues.

sudo docker build . -t twint:latest

sudo docker run -it --rm twint

Command Ran

twint -u USERNAME
only retrieves a few tweets (about 40 tweets)

twint - all USERNAME
only retrieves a few tweets (about 60 tweets)

twint -u USERNAME --timeline
Error: json.decoder.JSONDecodeError: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0)

Description of Issue

Twint only retrieves a few tweets. Is there a way to download all the tweets?
