What’s missing?

With the power of PR scripts we could enhance the tweeting process in more ways than just basic parsing and posting.

How about an option to check and warn about spelling errors?

Why?

It can be embarrassing to have typos in tweets.

I'd lean towards spell check being out-of-scope for the action itself (I feel we should focus on the integration of Twitter features into GitHub, not other things).

That being said, I do think it'd be beneficial for us to have documentation that discusses other recommended actions to run alongside Twitter, Together. Be that scheduled merging to allow for scheduled tweets, or a solid spell-checking action, or an action that checks for inclusive language, etc.
