pom.xml may have an incorrect license

Hello,

I noticed that while the project appears to be licensed under GPL-3.0-or-later (per headers in source files and COPYING), the pom.xml has the following:

  <licenses>
    <license>
      <name>The Apache Software License, Version 2.0</name>
      <url>https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.txt</url>
    </license>
  </licenses>

From ca04a58 it looks like this may have been an innocent mistake. Does pom.xml need to be updated to correct the license name and URL?
