Fix issue where obsolete flag is used for the Islamic Republic Of Iran

The current government of Iran, since 1979, overturned the monarchy's flag.

According to UN the correct flag is as such

This flag was used prior to commit 1c8cbe4. I assume the author of such commit made a mistake in using a flag which is not internationally recognized.

The idea was to make a unilateral change to awkwardly display the flag that Westernised diaspora activists want for a hypothetical post-coup Iran, even if no country currently recognises this flag.

X’s reputation (and Twemoji’s by extension) relies on being somewhat balanced politically, if it just follows the whims of every activist demand, they are repeating the exact same mistake that undermined trust in legacy Twitter.

Major emoji implementations continue to display the recognised Iranian flag. Twemoji is standing out alone on this issue. 🇮🇷

The fundamental issue is breaking international recognition and standards just for some protests. Its a disturbing display developer activism. Many Iranians living comfortably abroad actively defend the symbols and narratives of a regime whose consequences they do not personally endure. Meanwhile, people inside Iran pay the price with prison, bullets, and internet blackouts.
