Proposed Feature

Mega ticket for creating the Character Creation Modal. This includes 2 steps of a modal that will be displayed anytime you start creating a character. These steps are shown above.

1. Name your character, pick an image, and pick a ruleset. (Pathfinder for now)
2. Based on the System, there will be a step that will allow you to make starting choices.
