Add unit tests

Add meaningful and useful unit tests

Currently the tests in the tests folder don't really do anything and aren't testing the functionality of the application

Should also ensure the tests are run via a GitHub workflow

Is it possible to test the express stuff as well as the probot stuff? ie... all.json should return json while /all should return HTML
