@vertigo220 Could you please let us know which system you are using (iOS or Android), your phone model, and the OS version?

Also, please confirm that you have granted notification permissions.
Has the situation improved since you reported the issue?

Android 13, Samsung A71 5G, notification permissions are granted. Haven't tried it since, mostly because I don't need to enter codes very often, but also because I'm not one to keep trying something that doesn't work. I'm happy to test any possible fixes.
