Participants not being imported via scheduled job

This may just be my not understanding how this should work, but we've been utterly unable to get participants imported into Civi via the scheduled job. We've worked through issues with the API key (thanks to axelady who provided assistance in issue #23) and are seeing the event and ticket options when configuring, but... no participants. Is there a secret sauce step that's required, either in Eventbrite or Civi?

@lcarterBOT unfortunately we don't have any clients using this extension now, so we don't have any recent hands-on experience. Hopefully someone else in the community can answer. (We're also available for paid help, but I understand that may not be your preferred option yet.)

@twomice I understand that you don't have current clients using the extension but theoretically you would know what it's intended to do? As an update, we've finally been able to import some participants (not all, but I haven't identified why some are not coming in) but it's not clear to me whether there should be detail on their specific ticket options - is the purpose of the ticket mapping just to indicate who comes in and who does not? Or should that align to a price option if one exists? Also, I'm seeing participants coming in with two records if they select two ticket options (e.g., ticket and a donation) - is that expected behavior?

I had a look at the code, and from what I can tell, it's very work-in-progress and the Scheduled Job is not really implemented.

I see code for tracking a link of participants (entity in CiviCRM and Eventbrite), but not the processing itself. The webhook code seems mostly empty.

FYI, I've updated the README file with a note on project status. Because we don't use EB here, it's hard for me to keep this up to date, though I'm hopeful some EB user organization will be interested in sponsoring the work to get it working agian.

Although it worked well when first released, EB has made changes to their API, and this extension is very likely not to work completely, or perhaps in any usable way.
