Callbacks not working for example code

At the time of original setup on this project, there was an issue with using certain types of templated callbacks with cppyy. This should be resolved now and we can proceed on retesting.

Is the custom SOEHandler for master ready to use now? If not, do you have any plan or clue how to make it work? Thank you in advance!
