Bottom bar does strange things with pinch-zoom on mobile, and sometimes gets stuck in strange positions

Only reproed on Windows Phone so far. iPhone seems fine.

Pinch to zoom also makes the bottom and top bar too big. Making seeing the photo impossible. I suggest remove floating bottom bar and fix to end of page.
