Can not locate spice/macros.h

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ndk-build

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
spice-client-android/jni/android-spice-src/mem.h:23:26: error: spice/macros.h: 
No such file or directory

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.16-r15.   Android 2.3
