Feature request: option for auto translate to English

Firstly, thank you for this great add-on!
I regularly use this (Firefox) add-on to translate foreign language text in in pictures to English.

I would love to see this process streamlined, in order to reduce the needed clicks and input

• automatically chose "translate" in google lens
• auto translate to English language

Maybe you might consider adding such an option?
