updateSbtClassifiers fails #24
Description
I am unable to import my sbt project into IntelliJ when the option to include "sbt sources" is enabled.
The cause is that updateSbtClassifiers fails with:

[error] https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/webjars/npm/4.2.0/npm-4.2.0-sources.jar: not found: https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/webjars/npm/4.2.0/npm-4.2.0-sources.jar
It looks like there is something wrong with the NPM 4.2.0 webjar. I don't see any JARs there at all, either that or the 420 is getting to me.
I see that this has been updated to version 5.0.0-2 although I don't see that there either.
