Add dot notation support for "Firestore Collection Fields" param

As discussed in Slack, add dot notation support for "Firestore Collection Fields" param, so that user can access any level property on fields they want to explicity include in the trigger.

@shaunbyrnes We've added this feature in this release: https://github.com/typesense/firestore-typesense-search/releases/tag/v1.5.0-rc.2
