Problem in selecting and replacing text

• Confirmed that it can be reproduced in built-in themes without customized css.

Describe the bug
When I select some text from a general point up to the beginning of a list item, and try to delete it or replace it with some other text it doesn't often work. That is, the text stays selected but the replacement doesn't happen.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. In the attached file, Go to 'Network -> Pivoting -> Remote/reverse forwarding'
2. Select 'Transfer the payload from'
3. Try to delete/replace
4. See error
